本來不該進來攪和 但是看到 這位貓論不該粗口先生還是小姐好像對認養書有意見
我看不出你寫紅字是同意還是反對 我把紅字部分當做你不同意的觀點來看
我家三隻貓兩個不同城市領養的
LATTE得領養書上 第一條就寫了 那個動物收容所將LATTE的所有權給我 但是我要遵從裡頭所寫的 也就是說我有違反 的話 對不起 那latte她們要收回
其中就也有跟你紅字寫的 我把原文抄給你 看清楚喔
2. e) I will keep the animal primaily as an indoor pet, on my property or within my control at all times. I will not let it roam. I will keep the animal as a pet and companion.
2.. f) If the animal is a dog, I will not keep it chained or permit to be used as a guard dog. (這點你沒寫 可是這個跟台灣大部分養隻狗來當保鑣看家的觀念不一樣 所以我打出來)
2. h) I will return the animal to XXX (這個收容所簡寫) if as Adopter I no longer desire or am unable to keep the animal. I will not sell, trade, give away or abandon the animal. If the animal is lost, I shall notify XXX (收容所簡寫) and make every effort to recover it.
2 i) 看清楚了喔 來了重點來了 I will allow XXX (收容所名稱簡寫) (at any time within one year of the date of this contract) to investigate the premises where the animal is kept. I will allow XXX to reclaim the ainimal if, in the judgement of the investigator, the animal is not adequately cared for, if I have not complied with any provision of this contract or if I have misrepresented any fact to XXX. In the event I failed or refuse to return such aminal upon demand, I hereby agree to pay reasonable attorney's fee in the event an attorney is consulted or if suite is brought for the return of the animal.
2. j) I will truthfully answer any follow-up question from XXX regarding the animal, vis phone, mail, email, etc.
當然裡頭對於打預防針甚至狂犬病疫苗注射都有要求
還規定我 動物領出來 多久之內要去有向本州註冊的獸醫那裡報到
還有合理的照顧吃喝拉撒 也是規定在裡頭 我看不出您所列的紅字有何問題
對於latte的居住環境調查 (他用的是調查喔 可是不家訪) 長達一年
我也是到今天才認真的把latte的領養書拿出來看 還是跳著看 因為我知道 我給latte的比他規定的要好
阿貓跟菸酒的領養合約書 (adoption agreement) 就比較簡單 但是對於看醫生 絕育的要求 也沒有少 其中有一條 給你參考

latte有一次 因為我落地紗窗門沒關好 他自己開門出去 要是他當時不見了 我依照合約是要跟latte的收容所報告的 另外 我還得盡所有的努力去把他找回來的 latte是我在2/26/2008領養的
我也有生命 但是我簽約了 我就應該照約行事 對我來說 不是收容所權利問題 是我個人責任心的問題
還有絲嘉小姐在同一天的發言 也請看看 這不是台灣特有的 是尊重生命都應該有的
那篇把雅的名字寫出來的 不只是記者有問題 連他的主管都有問題 怎麼會容許這種事情發生呢????
