<SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 標楷體; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">二、參考世界動物衛生組織及國際間狂犬病非疫區所訂規範，明訂輸出動物檢疫證明書應記載事項。自非疫區輸入者，輸出國應於過去二年內未發生狂犬病。自疫區輸入者，增列植入晶片與輸出前一百八十日應檢測狂犬病中和抗體等規定。<SPAN lang=EN-US><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN>

<SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 標楷體; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">第八條　輸出入動物檢疫機關受理自狂犬病疫區輸入犬貓之檢疫，<U>應查驗輸出國動物檢疫證明書</U>，並送往指定隔離留檢場所，<U>經</U>隔離檢疫二十一日，隔離檢疫期滿認無<U>法定</U>動物傳染病嫌疑者，由輸出入動物檢疫機關簽發輸入動物檢疫證明書後放行。<SPAN lang=EN-US><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN>

<U><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 標楷體; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">隔離檢疫期間，輸出入動物檢疫機關得於輸入七日後，採血複檢犬貓之狂犬病抗體力價，其抗體檢測值未達<SPAN lang=EN-US>0.5 IU/ml以上者，應補強注射狂犬病疫苗一劑。</SPAN></SPAN></U><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 標楷體; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p></SPAN>

<SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 標楷體; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">第八條　輸出入動物檢疫機關受理自狂犬病疫區輸入犬貓之檢疫，除查驗動物檢疫證明書，並<U>應同時</U>送往指定隔離留檢場所，隔離檢疫二十一日<U>，並於輸入後七日補強注射狂犬病疫苗一劑。</U>隔離檢疫期滿認無動物傳染病嫌疑者，由輸出入動物檢疫機關簽發輸入動物檢疫證明書後放行。<SPAN lang=EN-US><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN>

<SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 標楷體; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">三、狂犬病預防注射<U>有效期間違反第三條第一項規定者，先隔離檢疫至狂犬病預防注射期滿三十日，再隔離檢疫二十一日。<SPAN lang=EN-US><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p></SPAN></U></SPAN>

<SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 標楷體; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">配合第七條第一項規定針對輸出前採血時間距起運當日未滿一百八十日者，應於輸入後隔離至滿一百八十日止。<SPAN lang=EN-US><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN>

<SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 標楷體; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">第十條　輸出入動物檢疫機關受理自狂犬病非疫區輸入犬貓之檢疫，經查驗<U>輸出國動物檢疫證明書</U>符合第三條<U>及</U>第七條規定，並認無<U>法定</U>動物傳染病嫌疑者，由輸出入動物檢疫機關簽發輸入動物檢疫證明書後放行。<SPAN lang=EN-US><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN>

<SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 標楷體; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">第十條　輸出入動物檢疫機關受理自狂犬病非疫區輸入犬貓之檢疫，經查驗動物檢疫證明書符合第三條<U>第一項與</U>第七條規定，並認無動物傳染病嫌疑者，由輸出入動物檢疫機關簽發輸入動物檢疫證明書後放行。<SPAN lang=EN-US><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN>

<SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 標楷體; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">第十二條　</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 標楷體">自台灣地區輸出至狂犬病非疫區國家之犬貓，因故未於該國飼養六個月<U>即</U>返國者，申請人應填具申請書並檢附下列文件向到達港、站之輸出入動物檢疫機關申請進口同意文件：<SPAN lang=EN-US><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN>

<SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 標楷體">一、自台灣地區輸出之輸出動物檢疫證明書影本。<SPAN lang=EN-US><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN>

<SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 標楷體">二、申請人護照或身分證影本。<SPAN lang=EN-US><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN>

<SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 標楷體">三、輸入犬隻之寵物登記證影本。<SPAN lang=EN-US><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN>

<SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 標楷體; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">一、明訂動物檢疫證明書應符合事項，其中包括第七條部分條款。<SPAN lang=EN-US><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN>

<SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 標楷體; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">二、鑑於部份犬貓於輸入國未經放行即需再返國，無法取得到達國之輸入動物檢疫證明書，且第三項所規定應記載「犬貓於抵達本國後未再進出第三國」已足夠證明該犬貓輸出後之動態，爰刪除現行條文第一項第二款規定。<SPAN lang=EN-US><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN>

<SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 標楷體; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">第十三條　輸入犬貓未滿三個月齡者，應隔離至滿三個月齡，再施打一劑狂犬病疫苗並經三十日後，<U>再視其輸出國為狂犬病疫區或非疫區，分別依據第八條至第十一條規定辦理。</U><SPAN lang=EN-US><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN>

犬貓輸入檢疫作業辦法修正草案總說明

行政院農業委員會動植物防疫檢疫局（以下簡稱防檢局）為落實執行輸入犬貓檢疫，以防杜國外狂犬病入侵，並維護我國人畜安全，爰依據動物傳染病防治條例第三十四條之一第一項規定，於九十二年二月十四日訂定犬貓輸入檢疫作業辦法，以資規範。近年來國際間狂犬病疫情不斷，為維持我國為狂犬病之非疫區，有必要加強輸入犬貓之檢疫措施，防檢局爰檢討修正本辦法，俾防杜本病入侵。本辦法修正條文計十五條，修正重點如下：
一、狂犬病高風險疫區之犬貓禁止直接輸入之規定（修正條文第二條）。
二、自疫區輸入犬貓之狂犬病疫苗注射應區分初次免疫或補強免疫，以符合世界動物衛生組織之規範（修正條文第三條）。
三、自疫區輸入犬貓應於輸出前一百八十日至二年內採血檢測狂犬病中和抗體力價，且力價應達每毫升0.5國際單位以上之規定。另為加強輸入犬貓之辨識，增訂不論來自疫區或非疫區之犬貓均應植入晶片（修正條文第五條及第七條）。
四、犬貓於隔離檢疫期間，動物檢疫主管機關得視需要複檢犬貓之狂犬病抗體力價，必要時應補強注射狂犬病疫苗（修正條文第八條）。
五、對自疫區輸入，如有不符合檢疫規定且無法補正相關文件者，增列施以隔離一百八十日之檢疫措施，以涵蓋潛伏期。另針對採血後於輸出國之停留時間未達一百八十日者，輸入後應隔離至滿一百八十日（修正條文第九條）。
六、因應狂犬病疫苗注射規定之變更，修正對於輸入未滿九十日齡幼犬之隔離時間應與施打疫苗之規定一致（修正條文第十三條）。
七、本辦法已加強犬貓於輸出國之檢疫措施，爰將輸入後之追蹤檢疫時間由六個月修正為三個月（修正條文第十六條）。

我覺得如果可以找格好地方給這兩隻母貓待產

帶他們回家才有意義啦

當然  也是需要有經驗的貓友協助

我看到的金x力浪貓他是挺髒滴

懷孕中能洗澡嗎??

還是只能讓他到醫院待產呢??

不過我頂多能接近到他大概只有一步的距離

再靠近他會往後躲

知道我會幫他把罐罐的肉肉弄鬆散一點  並集中在中間

讓他好取食

所以當他吃不到罐罐旁邊得肉肉時

他就抬頭對我叫

我也像他的貓奴一樣  把他的罐罐拿起來

用東西把肉肉再集中在容器中間

就這樣  我這個動作作了四次

他都沒有躲我

明顯今天比較沒有戒心
